How can we help?

Rollup is an iPhone app that puts Pilates studios across London on one map. You can search by name, area or postcode, filter by class type (reformer, mat, tower, barre and more), compare published drop-in prices and intro offers, and save your favourites.

It’s independent: we’re not owned by, or partnered with, the studios listed, unless a listing says so.

Yes. The app is free to download and use, with no ads, no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. Joining the founding members is free too.

Open a studio and tap Book on studio’s site. That opens the studio’s own booking page, where you book and pay with them directly, using their prices, packs and cancellation policy. Rollup doesn’t take your payment and isn’t part of that booking.

Booking inside Rollup is coming. Founding members get first access in their area.

We take studio details from each studio’s own public website and show the date we last checked. Prices and offers change, so always confirm on the studio’s site before you book.

If something’s out of date, email us or use “Is this your studio? Update your listing” in the app, and we’ll check and fix it.

No. If you allow location, your iPhone uses it to sort studios by distance and show you on the map. It never leaves your phone and we never receive it. You can turn it off any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services. You can also type a postcode instead; that’s worked out on your phone too.

People who sign up early, in the app or on our website. You tell us your rough area, the studios and instructors you’d like on Rollup (we go and ask them), and, if you like, how you do Pilates. We use the totals to show studios what Londoners want, and we invite founding members first when booking opens in their area. Founding-member perks will be confirmed before launch.

You get a personal link to share. If friends join with it, it counts as your referral. We don’t tell you who joined.

In the app: go to Profile › Delete my data. If you joined the founding members on this phone, that deletes your sign-up from our database straight away and clears the app’s saved data on your phone.

Joined on the website, or on another phone? Email [privacy email] from the address you signed up with and say “delete my data”. We’ll delete it within one month (usually within a few days) and confirm by email.

Favourites and settings live only on your phone. Deleting the app removes them.

Use the form on List or update your studio, or tap “Is this your studio? Update your listing” on your studio’s page in the app. You can add a missing studio, correct details, or ask us to remove a listing. We aim to act within 5 working days.

Listings are free. We never use your logo or photos.

Not yet. We’re starting with iPhone and plan to add Android. Join the founding members and we’ll let you know.

No. There are no accounts in Rollup. The only thing you can send us is the optional founding-member sign-up (or a studio update request).
